1 lb. | 1 lb Seasoned Croutons |
1.5 pkg | Fettings Frozen Cinnamon Rolls |
1/3 bag | Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2.5 lb bag) |
1 Dozen | Eggs |
1/2 cup | Brown Sugar |
1/2 bag | Chopped Pecan Pieces |
1/4 cup | Margarine |
1 tbsp | Light Corn Syrup |
2 quarts | Orange Juice |
1 quart | Milk |
1 pint | Half-and-half |

No-stick spray, waxed paper |
12 Rolls, frozen dough
9" x 12" Baking Pan
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Margarine (or Butter), melted
1 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
Chopped Pecans
Mix Brown Sugar, melted Margarine, and Corn Syrup until smooth. Spray baking pan with no-stick spray. Cover bottom of pan with sugar mixture. Sprinkle with pecan pieces. Arrange 12 rolls in pan. Cover with waxed paper, let thaw and rise overnight at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove waxed paper; bake about 35 minutes. REMOVE FROM PAN IMMEDIATELY! Run a butter knife inside the pan edges, then tip upside-down onto a baking sheet.

1.5 cup Non-fat Milk (Powered okay)
1 cup Cooked Bacon Bits (1/3 can)
3 cup Seasoned Croutons
3 cup (3/4 lb) Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/3 of 2.5 lb bag)
9" x 12" Baking Pan
Beat eggs, mix in milk. Add all other ingredients. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F, bake 45 to 60 minutes in no-stick sprayed baking pan. Slice and serve from pan. (Option: serve with gravey.) Serves about 12.
